Damage and incidentals

​

  • You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

  • NO PETS ALLOWED

  • Additionally, the resort charges $35 per person per night because of Covid at the moment

 

House Rules

  • Check in after 4:00 PM

  • Check out before 11:00 AM

  • Maximum overnight guests: 14 (adults for villa occupancy)

  • Children allowed: ages 0-17

  • No pets allowed

  • No events allowed

  • No smoking allowed
